Members encouraged to complete diversity and inclusion survey: CHIME’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee is conducting a short benchmarking survey to assess and better understand the state of diversity and inclusion in the healthcare IT space. Webinar to feature innovation leaders from CHIME: CHIME Innovation Executive Director Jonathan Fritz will be joined by members Cara Babachicos and Myra Davis for the webinar “Becoming Innovative: From Bleeding Edge to the Beginner.” HealthsystemCIO.com’s Anthony Guerra will host the free event, which is at noon ET on June 4. CHIME is taking nominations for public policy award: CHIME is accepting nominations for the 2019 CHIME Federal Public Policy Award for CIO Leadership. Members can nominate themselves or a peer. Nominations close on June 10, and the winner will be honored at the CHIME Advocacy Summit, which runs June 26-28 in Washington, D.C. Learn more about the award and nominate someone here.
